AWA 2009

I went to AWA last year. Finally a pic from it.

I almost didn't get to meet Vic. But... I was lucky enough to get in line at the last minute. It was a long wait, but it was worth it.

We talked (he loved my bunny hoodie tunic!), he signed a my program, a copy of my drawing for him, and I gave him the original. We took a picture and it was like "Yay!"

After the picture when I was walking away, I said "Red Dawn!"
And he was like "Are you a Ranger?"
"Of course!"

He ran up to me, hugged me, and swung me around. Needless to say, I thanked him and ran off saying "Happy happy happy happy happy!" as onlookers giggled.

Its just so sad I only got to stay at AWA for one day. And not even long enough to go to his panel.

Maybe next year!

Great picture... its just too bad I look all icky from running around the place. I should've at least pulled my hair back...
